Coffman is in CLASS A, and has permission to be absent from this post when his presence is not required by routine calls or by duty" and is signed by R.H. Forrey 1st. Lieutenant Signal R.C.A.S. c.o. 136 Aero Squadron. Mr Coffman's signative is visible at the bottom.
